The open, modular and secure AI builder
Build any app or website with your own AI agent. Publr starts from ready-made, sandboxed modules, so it's faster and cheaper to make, and safer to run.
Runs in your browser · no server
Starting Publr in your browser
The whole CMS, compiled to WebAssembly. Nothing runs on a server.
- ○ Downloading Publr
- ○ Opening its database
- ○ Signing you in as its admin
AI builders regenerate solved work for every app. Publr starts from ready-made parts.
Typical AI builder
generates every app from zero
- Generating bookings, forms, reviews… hours · expensive
- Building on a generic stack… fragile
- Installing npm packages… unvetted
- Connecting Supabase, Clerk, Stripe… paid separately
- Updating the website only… one app at a time
- Deploying to their cloud… locked in
Publr
modules first, code just the rest
- Adding bookings, forms, reviews… minutes · cheap
- Writing your class timetable… only new code
- Building a lean, static site… fast
- Running every module sandboxed… safe
- Using built-in database and auth… included
- Updating app, website and docs… all at once
- Deploying to Publr Cloud or any server… no lock-in
◇ The only step you pay AI for.
Modules first. Code just the rest.
Your agent starts by pulling ready-made modules — bookings, forms, reviews, newsletter, payments — and only then writes what is unique to your app. The solved parts take minutes and cost a small fee. You pay for AI only where something is actually new.

Every module runs in its own sandbox.
No unvetted npm code with full access to your app. Each module — and your own code — runs sandboxed with only the access you grant it, and can't reach data it wasn't given. A module that misbehaves fails alone. The rest keeps running.
Static site speed. Instant updates.
Publr owns the whole stack, so apps come out lean: static by default, 100 on Lighthouse and optimised images out of the box. When something changes, only the pages that use it are regenerated — live immediately, no build queue, no cache to purge.
Yours. Built in, open source, runs anywhere.
Database, auth and hosting are built in — no Supabase, Clerk or separate bills to wire up. The core is open source, and the same app runs on Publr Cloud, your own server or your laptop. Leave whenever you like; take everything with you.
One change, every app.
Your website, app and docs share the same modules. Fix it once and every one of them updates in the same step.
Bring your own agent.
Build with the agent and the AI subscription you already pay for. No credits to buy, no proprietary chat to learn.
One small binary. No Node.
The whole platform ships as a single file. A $5 server is plenty, and self-hosting stays free and open source.
Edit it visually.
Agents write components and plain HTML; every page they produce opens in a visual editor anyone on the team can use.
We own every layer. So we never wait on a vendor.
From the server to the visual editor, Publr is one stack built to work together — ten open source layers, with hosting and the marketplace on top.
- Nothing blocks us.
- No waiting on esbuild, React or anyone else’s roadmap. When we need something, we build it.
- Cheaper to run.
- One small binary, no Node, no fleet of services. A $5 server is plenty.
- Best-in-class output.
- 100 on Lighthouse and optimised images by default, because every layer is tuned for it.

Build a module once. Earn every time an agent uses it.
Every module published makes the next app faster and cheaper to build — and pays the person who made it. Authors keep the majority of every sale.
- 1
Publish a module
Anything you build on Publr can become a module others reuse.
- 2
Agents pick it
While composing an app, agents choose modules and show the total price up front.
- 3
You get paid
When the user approves the app, the modules inside are bought and authors are paid.
